Dual Quick-Set
Dual Quick-Set is a feature that saves all of our customers time and money. This feature allows operators to store two sets of tooling settings. Things such as on/off statuses, tool durations, delays, and other variables can be saved to the two Quick-Sets.
Why is Dual Quick-Set unique?
You can use Quick-Set to bounce between two different sides of a gear/part in a split second.
Some examples include…
One side of a gear needs to be deburred, chamfered, and brushed, but the other side only needs to be chamfered and brushed.
An operator stacks parts in the hob, and only one of these parts has a burr that needs to be removed. The operator can run all the needed tools for the parts that don’t need deburring, and then once the Quick-Set feature is toggled on, the operator can turn on that extra tool which will only deburr that sole part.
A part needs to be deburred and chamfered on one side, but all the other sides only need to be washed.
